SMR Assessment Holiday & Meeting Notice

After another year of successful financial management, Shadow Mountain Ranch Community Association members do not have to pay assessments for the months of November and December!
Please do not send payment for November and December 2014. If you have auto-pay through Level Property Management, your payment will be automatically canceled for both months. If you have auto-pay through the bank, please adjust your payment schedule to cancel payment for November and December. Any payments received will be applied as a credit to assessments owed for 2015.
